We are now closed for Christmas 2007 thank you for your orders. Our offices are closed between 24th December and 3rd January.

Orders completed by 6pm on December 2nd were mailed on the 4th to arrive 5-7 days later.

Orders completed by the 9th December were mailed on the 11th.

All remaining letters were dispatched on Tuesday 18th December 2007.

You can email us for a PDF copy of the letter up until Christmas if your letter has been lost or delayed in the mail.

If your letter does not arrive in time for Christmas or has been lost, we apologise, each year we do have a small percentage of letters that get lost in the Christmas post, frustrating for our customers and ourselves.

Please email info@fatherchristmasletters.co.uk with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will issue a full refund when we re-open in January.
